Acts 2:42 (NASB) 42 They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 

As the church began to grow, what were they (apostles, disciples, new believers) doing? Continually devoting themselves to the Apostles Teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. If we want to see the church grow and continue to grow, we need to understand and employ the structures which God uses to build. Understanding church growth was not focused on whose church it was. The seed was being planted, grown and harvested to grow THE church.
