If we are going to lead, then we have a message to those we lead. If we do not expend the time and effort to clarify that message, others WILL do it for us
Don’t try to share what others believe…what do you believe??? What you are not sure of, verify, check things out, make certain. Even though it’s your testimony, it’s still about Him, giving glory to HIM.
What are the things that hold you back from giving testimony of Jesus? Unforgiveness towards God???Bondage that hasn’t been broken? Healing that hasn’t manifested??? Blaming God for loss??? Fear???
Revelation 19:10 (NASB) Then I fell at his feet to worship him. But he *said to me, "Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus ; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."
Revelation 19:10 (AMPC) Then I fell prostrate at his feet to worship (to pay divine honors) to him, but he [restrained me] and said, Refrain! [You must not do that!] I am [only] another servant with you and your brethren who have [accepted and hold] the testimony borne by Jesus. Worship God! For the substance (essence) of the truth revealed by Jesus is the spirit of all prophecy [the vital breath, the inspiration of all inspired preaching and interpretation of the divine will and purpose, including both mine and yours].
